Respect
We treat every person with dignity and honour their choices, their culture and their voice in every decision.
AFT Care is a registered NDIS provider in Melbourne's western suburbs. We help people with disability live the life they choose, with support that fits the person rather than the paperwork.
We exist to help people with disability achieve their personal goals and live life to the fullest. That means tailored support that respects each participant's needs, choices and aspirations, delivered by people who genuinely listen.
Four principles shape every decision we make and every shift we work.
We treat every person with dignity and honour their choices, their culture and their voice in every decision.
We help participants be the active decision-makers in their own lives, building skills and confidence, not dependence.
We are honest and transparent about what we do, how funding is used and what you can expect from us.
We approach every situation with patience, understanding and real care for the people we support and their families.
AFT Care was founded on the belief that quality support should be within reach for everyone. We started in Victoria with a small team who cared deeply about providing individualised support to people with disability. We have grown since then, and our team has too, but the heart of it has not changed: high-quality, person-centred support that puts you first.
Being part of Melbourne's west matters to us. We understand the communities we work in, including families who feel more comfortable speaking Arabic, and we shape our support around the people and cultures around us.
Our support workers and coordinators bring a wide range of skills and lived experience. They are carefully chosen, trained and matched to the people they support, so you get familiar, reliable faces who learn what works for you over time.
We match support workers to your needs, personality and language so the fit feels right from day one.
Our staff hold the screening and clearances expected of a registered NDIS provider, so you can feel safe.
Support and conversation in the language you are most comfortable with, for you and your family.
A friendly, no-pressure chat about your goals and the support that would suit you.
